Terms of Service Agreement

1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

• Supply of drywall materials and accessories
• Installation of drywall and ceiling systems
• Maintenance of existing drywall

All services are subject to availability and agreement on scope and cost.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Additional charges may apply for modifications after work has commenced.

3. Payment Terms

• A 70% deposit is required before installation begins.
• The balance (30%) is due upon completion.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, POS, or cash.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines will be communicated and confirmed in writing.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party suppliers, or inaccessible job sites.
• The client must ensure the site is ready for installation on the agreed date.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on drywall installation.
• Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
• Warranty voids if materials are tampered with or installation is altered by third parties.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the installation site.
• Provide accurate information about site conditions.
• Inform us of any changes that may affect the project scope.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may attract a cancellation fee of 15% of the project cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable after materials are procured.
• Refunds for unused materials are subject to restocking fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages caused by misuse of products or non-compliance with our instructions
• Delays due to force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, designs, and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or related to this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations between authorized representatives of each party.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Services periodically. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
